Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club runs every morning from 07:45 to 08:30, with children dropped off at the blue gates by the school office.
A healthy breakfast is provided, with a choice of cereals, fruit, and toast. The club will focus on a calm and positive start to the day, with quiet activities such as colouring, board games, reading, and puzzles.
Attendance costs £4.90 per session per child, with bookings placed via the Arbor app. Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance, with places allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
After School Club
After School Club runs every afternoon, with three bookable sessions:

Children will enjoy a range of activities, including outdoor play, creative tasks, board games, and homework support. Children attending the club beyond 16:15 will receive a substantial snack.

Collection & Late Pick-Up Policy
We understand that on rare occasions, delays happen and parents/carers may be late collecting their child. For occasional delays of no more than 15 minutes, no additional fees will be charged.
For delays of more than 15 minutes (or for regularly occurring delays), the following charges will be incurred:
– For late collection from the first session (ending at 16:15), the fees for an additional session will be charged (£4.90)
– For late collection from the second session (ending at 17:15), a ‘late fee’ of £10 will be charged
If a child is not due to attend After School Club but their parent has not collected them from the school by 15:25, the child will attend the After School Club and a fee of £4.90 will be charged for each of the sessions they attend
Cancellations
Cancellations within 48 hours of a booked club session will only be accepted in exceptional circumstances, as staffing and food costs are planned in advance.
